my name is sarya and i'm doing okay thanks.
my pronouns are they/them, and i am singer-songwriter/music producer/ audio engineer/sound designer from Taiwan based between Taipei and Seattle.
i came up in the Edinburgh DIY scene, so i deeply value indie music communities and strive to uphold any artistic scene i'm in to support and uplift other artists, especially other QTBIPOC+ creatives.
i am highly inspired by Scandinavian pop/folk, as well as outsider/DIY music culture/video game soundtracks.
i guess i would call my genre sadboi/existential pop/melanchronica(melancholia + electronica).
